Privacy

What we store

When you sign up, we store your email address, display name, and authentication tokens issued by Firebase Auth. When you use the app, we store the content of your tasks and collections in Firestore. We don't store passwords — authentication is handled by Firebase Auth (Google sign-in or magic link).

AI features

The AI task-extraction feature sends the text you type in the Magic Bar to Google's Gemini API for parsing. We don't retain the parsed text on our servers beyond the extraction call itself. Google's handling of API inputs is governed by their AI/ML privacy terms.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't show ads.
• We don't train AI on your tasks.
• We don't track you across other sites.

Deletion

You can archive or permanently delete your account from Settings. Permanent deletion removes all your tasks, collections, and profile data from our database within 24 hours.
